No. 7 Lady Wildcats run against NCAA Division I schools for NAIA Championship tune-up
Women's Outdoor Track & Field - Fri, May 5, 2017

HOUSTON – The No. 7 Wiley College women's track and field team got a final tune-up before the NAIA Championship by competing against NCAA Division I schools at University of Houston's Tom Tellez Invitational Friday.

Taishia Pryce (FR/Jamaica) posted solid times in the 100-meter dash (12.19) and the 200-meter dash (24.66). Shamona Hunt (SO/St. Catherine, Jamaica) ran 2:19.76 in the 800-meter run.

The Lady Wildcats will turn their focus to the NAIA Championship which is May 25-27 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Wiley College is qualified for nine events.
