Wiley University lands 63 on 2024 GCAC Honor Roll
The Wiley University Department of Athletics had 63 student-athletes excel in competition and the classroom as they earned spots on the 2024 Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Honor Roll.
The student-athlete qualified by holding at least a 3.0 grade-point average in the semester its sport ended. Seven student-athletes posted a perfect 4.0: men's soccer athletes Takumi Ota and Peter Tu, baseball athletes Jacob Perez and Coren Lewis, women's cross country and track and field athlete Jean-Marie Farinha, women's basketball player Elizabeth Camacho and men's cross country and track and field athlete Ameariun Harper.
Wiley had the fourth-highest on the honor roll - trailing Dillard University (110), Fisk University (72) and Talladega College (68).
