Jour'Dan Gardner was appointed Associate Head Softball Coach and Senior Woman Leader on June 16, 2025.

BEFORE WILEY UNIVERSITY

Gardner was Head Volleyball and Softball Coach at Lancaster High School the last 10 seasons. She built the softball program from the ground up and led it to the state playoffs for the first time in program history. She was a dual-sport athlete at Texas College, playing volleyball and softball. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
