Myles wins GCAC Player of the Week

After having her most productive game of the season, Jay'lann Myles wins Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for November 14-20.

Myles came off the bench and recorded her second career double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds in an 84-75 victory over Centenary College of Louisiana on November 17. She hit six of 10 shot attempts, including two of three from 3-point territory. She equaled her career-high in points.

Through six games, Myles ranks fifth in the GCAC with a 76.5 free throw percentage and seventh with 2.3 offensive rebounds per game.

This is the second Player of the Week award won by a Lady Wildcat. Kaitlyn Davis won for the week of October 24-30.

The Lady Wildcats return to the court on November 29 for a rematch against Centenary College at 5 p.m. in Alumni Gymnasium.
